We use purchase information to process your order, provide your download and respond to support or refund requests.

Payments and order records

Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment details. This storefront does not receive or store your full card number. After payment verification, our private order database stores your purchase email, your name if provided, Stripe customer and checkout identifiers, amount, currency, payment status and relevant timestamps.

Download cookies

Essential browser cookies establish ownership of your download for seven days. They are used to authorize order status and PDF access, not for advertising. Clearing cookies or switching browsers may prevent access; contact support for help.

Service providers and retention

Stripe and our hosting provider process information needed to operate payment and delivery services. Hosting infrastructure may record technical request information for operation and security. Order and support records are retained for fulfillment, refunds, accounting and dispute handling; this application does not automatically delete those records after the download window ends.

A purchase does not subscribe you to marketing. Contact support to request access to or correction or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal or accounting obligations.
